Lin has been single for just a short time. She had a long time lover and he broke up with her recently. She was in love with him and was sure that he would love her despite his circumstances. He was a married man but she was sure that he loved her and he would choose her over his wife. He was also her manager at work. So she would see him every day and he would spend time with her in the evenings at work alone. He would escape on the weekends to come to spend all day at her house. Now, she is single and has to see him at work. Lately she has been absent from work as she has no desire to see him. She spends her time at home alone being sad. But today a knock on the door and it is a colleague that has come to check on her. He has come to make sure that she is OK after so many days absent from work. He has brought her some food. He wants to make sure she is OK and eating. He also has liked her for some time. She accepts him in and is grateful that he is so kind. They have worked together
